Student/Experimenters Package

With this starters kit you have 140WH/Day to allocate to lights, radio, hand phones, etc. Simple instructions and connections allow just about anybody to install their own solar power system.

Systems consist of :

  • 50W solar panel
  • 1 x Solar Charge Controller
  • 1 x Deep Cycle AGM Battery
  • 3 x 6W TL lamps with pull switch
  • Cables and hardware included
  • Instruction and diagrams

Our systems have been designed around power usage per hour per day (see note below). They can be installed by anyone with the ability and competent in the knowledge of electrical circuits.

NOTE: The system above requires solar energy to recharge the battery bank. There are many variations of solar power systems, often called 'Hybrids', using available grid power or gen-set power to back up the system when battery power is low.
