SYSTEM OPTIONS

The DIY systems shown are for using solar power only, which means that if you use all the power in the batteries you must wait until the sun can recharge the batteries via the solar panels.

Option 1:
We can supply systems that use the available solar power from the batteries first and if the batteries voltage drops to 20% SOC (state of charge) the inverter will automatically connect to grid power (or gen-set), to supply the load, and wait until the batteries are fully charged before switching the load back to solar power. This way you get the most out of your solar system but are never left without power.

Option 2:
We can supply systems that use the available solar power from the batteries first and if the batteries voltage drops to 20% SOC (state of charge) the inverter/charger will automatically connect to grid power (or gen-set) to supply the load as well as charge the batteries, assisting the solar input, and wait until the batteries are fully charged before switching the load back to solar power. This way you get the most out of your solar system, and your batteries, but are never left without power.

Note: Hybrid Systems are also available using wind generators, hydro-generators, etc.
